We have just got a new puppy and he wasn’t enjoying his food. Katie really helped us out and sold us some food to suit him. He LOVES it! Also the paste was such a good tip as a treat and really helps with training him. Couldn’t recommend Katie enough. Thank you.

I honestly can not fault the team in your Braintree store both Shana and Bryony went above and beyond to help find the best dog food to help my families sick dog. Not only did they recommend a food but talked me through the whole process of transitioning him over to the new food and explaining what quantity he should be eating at each feed. Its only been 1 and a half weeks but our dog is so much happier! They are both a credit to your business and I will definitely be back next week to buy more of this food.
