Amazing staff at the Ringwood branch. Our dog Patti is convalescing from a serious gastrointestinal illness and after 5 days in the veterinary hospital she had lost a lot of weight. Needing to get her eating again, we asked for advice and the shop staff recommended the McAdams range, and then arranged for stocks to be brought from other branches because it was in short supply. They phoned us when the food came in, asked after Patti when we went to collect it and were just so helpful and kind. Patti and we are very grateful.

Lovely, friendly staff and good range of stuff. I've only used for cats and dogs but they've always had what I needed.
A lot of choice for each item we were looking for and such helpful staff allowing us the time we needed to try on dog coats and halti head collars to ensure we had the right fit. They didn't even get annoyed when my dog stole a treat from the floor level open treat trays.
We use this store a couple of times a week for live food. The team are always so helpful and really friendly!
They are very expensive and the staff are straight on you as soon as you walk trying to sell you something you don’t want
