We love PetSuites! We've done grooming, day care/play, and boarding, and we've been so happy with them every time. They are always professional and nice and take the time to care for your pet. I love the occasional pictures and updates we get too.

Going to be a long and honest review: I love Pet suites, the team has gone above and beyond my expectations with customer service, price transparency, texting updates of your pup by sending pictures, and keeping the facility clean. I had shown a concern due to my pup losing one tooth after a grooming but instead of waving me off and saying “it’s normal” , the front end had gone above and beyond to listen to my concerns, talk to the groomer and the manager. Andrea had PERSONALLY called me to check up on Stanley to see if everything was OK. I had known things were ok beforehand and forgot to call because I had gone to the vet prior to her calling and forgot to update them! Nonetheless I would love to applaud Andrea,Jazmin, Trisha, Lisa , Rose, and the rest of the team behind the scenes for doing an awesome job! I recommend to all my friends and family and I am recommending to whoever reads this review! 10/10

I had a scheduled induction to give birth to our baby and had to leave our fur babies for boarding. Everyone was so kind and professional. We had an unexpected longer stay at the hospital and had to extend their boarding stay last min as well, which they were able to accommodate with no problem. We had updates through text which made feel like they were in good hands and gave me a peace of mind while going through labor! I truly appreciated it! My fur babies were so happy and clean when they got home. I would definitely recommend PetSuites Missouri City.

I can't speak for myself as to if I would enjoy this place. I have never personally gone but my dog surely seems to love it. When we pick her up, she falls into a nice sleep with a smile on her face the moment we get home .

We boarded our 8 month old mastiff for 2 nights. It was her first time being boarded and she had a great experience. Happy and well cared for when we picked her up. Communication from the staff was excellent and timely, we received a picture a day of her playtime. We all enjoyed the experience, we will board her here again and would highly recommend Pet suites.
