Always feel I can rely on Eurovans to be fair and reasonably priced. I tend to have older vans but they always seem to be just as keen to help with old as with new. Why trust anyone else with your VW. Can't recommend highly enough.

Stuff have been really really good, the only problem was that the time they took to sort out the adblue injector. They gave me a replacement van which was really nice and didn’t effect me getting to work. But took them nearly a week to find out what it was wrong with the van and almost another week to replace the injector and the slight problem have with the garage that the injector went down as rodent/rat damage which had to pay nearly 400 pounds and wasn’t covered by the VW guarantee. Apparently adblue has a smell that gets animals drawn to it. Which is fair but I didn’t do design of the van neither so VW should be responsible for that, I shouldn’t have to pay for it. I had a look the part looks like more a natural damage or aware and tear then anything else. Overall they are good but I’ll have to wait and see if we have any further issues in the future I still think the engine is not as quite as should be for such a new van and low milage I’m bit worried about the turbo or the cooling fan but no one has comments on it yet. I’m still worried at the moment. I will take an independent diagnose and see what come up.

I've recently purchased a Transporter van which was last serviced at this dealership, the oil filter was that tight the removal tool normally used rounded, it had to have two holes drilled in the top and a large breaker bar to remove !!! Torque spec is supposed to be 18NM for these filters, I'd say it was more like 150NM ! Very poor workmanship, avoid and either do it yourself or fine a reputable 3rd party garage

Bought a approved used amarok V6 from the commercial sales a few months ago started off well dealing with peter phan but it all went down hill as soon as they had my money the amarok apparently had its pre sale multipoint checks but they forgot to service it and mot also fitted new brake pads to 80% worn discs which was very dangerous also would have been an mot failure i thought was very poor from a so called main dealer they never had any service history to hand when collecting it once i received the book in the post it was overdue a service by 10k miles the deal felt very rushed 30 second test drive invoice all rushed etc on the walk around video peter sent me before i made my way he pointed out 3 minor dents upon picking up the truck i found 9 but had travelled over 100 miles so i still took it as didn't want a wasted journey it come with a vw extended warranty which i thought great I've had a few issues with it so took it into my local dealer and was charged 154 diagnostic fees per problem as that's the terms of extended warranty that i wasn't told about during the purchase when i called euro vans to complain about the brakes etc i was told its a 3 year old truck done 80k what do i expect... please beware
