I had a cut and blow dry with melody, it was an awful experience, lovely lady, she cut one side longer than the other and had to keep snipping it to level it up, I asked for a bob which was longer at front than back as she had done over a yeR ago and showed her the picture but ended up with a very short straight bob, I told her and she said the only way to correct it was to keep cutting shorter, I now look 20 years older and can't do anything to improve it.
