Firstly if I could give 10 stars I would! Wendy has been by far the best estate agent I have dealt with. Nothing is ever a trouble and continuously went above and beyond her roll to help us! Wendy was always there for me when I needed her and is very knowledgable when I had no idea what I was doing! I 100% trusted Wendy throughout the process, and she was there for me from start to finish and even now after the finish line! I can honestly say I have now gained a friend and estate agent for life !

Wendy was amazing from viewing upto giving us the keys today, went above and beyond what she needed to do for us, (as our solicitors were rubbish,) helping us along the way when they should of been doing it. Wendy is the best agent around. She is very professional and understanding and spends as much time as required to ensure you get a service to suit you. She has accompanied all viewings on our property, meaning you do not need to get involved with this side of things, but at the same time she is more than happy to have you involved too. An added bonus is that she is available outside of the normal office hours and nothing is too much bother for her. To top it all she has got us an offer after the 2nd viewing. Got everything crossed that all goes smoothly and we will soon be off to our new home. Thanks Wendy
Wendy is the dream estate agent. She is responsive, dedicated and professional. She made the whole process of buying a house so much easier and we trusted her which is paramount. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent when buying our property and our only regret is not knowing about her when we were selling! Well, what can I say? I really don’t know where I’d be now without Wendy! Nothing at all is too much trouble for her. Office hours? What’s that? We’ve communicated any day of the week - unheard of I hear you say? If it hadn’t been for trying to view a property earlier in the year, I would probably never have heard of Wendy! But I can assure you, everyone I know , and especially anyone who is considering house selling, now, has heard of Wendy! I recommend her to everyone. So much so, that although too late for helping my son and daughter in law with their sale, she’s on board for their purchase! Could there be a higher accolade? From day one - viewing a property that ‘wasn’t for me’, despite her absolute professionalism, you can be forgiven for thinking you’re being guided through the highs and lows, the good and the bad of buying and selling property by a friend! Wendy treats us all with such care, professionalism, empathy and understanding. I would have been a complete nervous wreck with the awful experience I had with solicitors, if it hadn’t been for Wendy fighting my corner with me and for me! I loved my home - and Wendy made sure it was found by someone who is going to love it as much. Strange to think that one could still feel a need to make sure the right person becomes the next custodian of something you have put your heart into. And then, I have been rather pre-occupied with a health issue that I forgot to check cupboards, and Wendy came to the rescue again!! I hope Wendy has become a friend and I look forward to staying in touch! And if nothing else I’d like her to see my next adventure!! To sum up Wendy - SHE CARES!!!!
Without doubt the best agent we've had dealings with. A professional and friendly approach to the whole process of selling has been our experience, culminating in a successful sale in good time. The level of information we received was great with regular updates provided. A realistic understanding of the local market was evident from the outset and the confidence we felt was comforting. I would like to personally thank Wendy and her team in the efforts of selling our home. The last several months I have been going through a divorce which has resulted in an agreement that the family home would be sold and the proceeds divided. We have chosen to market the property during the COVID pandemic when it was difficult for viewings to take place. Wendy remained supportive, understanding and reassured us. During our discussions Wendy seem to know the market very well and what movement there was, even during the uncertainty. She advised a realistic target for sale and ensured I was kept up to date with viewings. Wendy would also give sufficient amount of notice for viewings and keep them together to cause less disruption in the home.
