I used ReloUK to move me from the UK to New York a few years back and they did such a great job I used them again when it was time to come back to London. Communication in the lead up was fantastic - they are very prompt in replying to all my questions and getting the process moving quickly. The packing was first class... the 3 guys turned up on time and worked very efficiently. Everything was wrapped thoughfully and was really well protected. I have a lot of expensive glassware and none of it broke in the journey from NY to London which I find amazing. Couldn't be happier with the service from ReloUK!

ReloUK were great during my move from Abu Dhabi to London. We are currently in a global pandemic but this didn't effect their service. Items were delivered as scheduled and all the staff were very friendly and helpful despite it being a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I moved to France from the USA and we hired a company to transport our things. The company we hired was not ReloUK and in fact, the company we hired went bankrupt and our belongings were held at ReloUK's storage in England for several months. We were given the contact information of ReloUK and advised to follow up with them to obtain our belongings. This was a terrible experience and it was unfortunate that ReloUK was stuck in the middle of this dilemma. I write all of this because this is how our situation began with ReloUK. From that point forward, we hired another company to pick up our things from ReloUK and transport them. We worked with Sue and she was patient, honest, and very professional throughout our stressful situation. I would recommend ReloUK and especially Sue without hesitation.

I arranged for ReloUK to pack and remove my belongings from UK to Brisbane. The guys arrived on time and did a full day, however, once they left I notice some food items missing. When advising the company they denied, which I expected. Then I got slammed with a huge insurance bill that I felt was not fully explained but they would not budge. I would not recommend them.

We relocated to Middle East (doesn't provide this option below) and only brought a small amount of items with us. We were told 6-10 weeks delivery but didn't receive items for 4 months. We shipped 18 boxes, 5 were incorrectly labeled and 1 box turned up that didn't belong to us. We returned that box immediately but were left deficient of a box. Because of the incompetence and incorrect labelling by ReloUK the insurance company (they use) would not pay out despite being insured for over 3500. They failed to document an item worth 200 and only offered 40 compensation despite owning up to having removed from my house and "lost". Now 7 months on, I email on a weekly basis to get an update and get no progress at all or offer to compensate for their shambles of a company and organisational skills. Very quick to contact you to get money, as soon as there is an issue they are reluctant to provide any solutions and you have to do all the chasing. It's like they are just not interested. If I could give a negative or no stars I would. "poor" is too good of a description for this company, avoid at all costs quite literally!
