Fantastic "customer" experience this week. Needed 4 fillings and I am an extremely nervous patient; Sara the Dentist was brilliant. I had no discomfort, and I'd even go so far as to say it was a pleasant and calming experience!

Who can "like" going to the dentist's but the reception staff are pleasant and helpful, the hygienist is also pleasant and seems to do a thorough job of checking, "cleaning" etc. as well as giving advice on better looking after teeth and gums. The (my) dentist himself shows care and consideration coupled with expertise. OK giving extra care/time where the need is urgent/greater may cause delay but not without good reason.

Some people seem to be surprised that treatment sometimes takes longer than expected - I bet they wouldn't want to be sent away mid operation to to come back a month later, just avoid someone being 10 minutes late for a check up!!

This morning I spent one hour 30 minutes in the capable hands of one excellent dentist I had one filling and then I had a root canal filling my first and last I hope But such care was taken to ensure my well being that is no pain !! If I was kept waiting for ten minutes it gives me a good feeling not complaining and moaning in my head it shows a dentist who has the patients needs foremost no clock watching The reception staff are so helpful Always a cheerful voice at the end of the phone I can only say as I have seen and experience. A professional approach Im so happy my teeth are being well looked after. Hey I’m glad at 72 They are all my own teeth!!!! They don't answer the phone. They don't call you back when you leave a message. And when you have an appointment booked they write to you a few weeks before to cancel it with no explanation and no phone call to rearrange! This has happened 5-6 times now!!

I've waited 20 minutes and still NOT been seen also it smells of moody cheese and there is no place to sit in hear also poor service
