Don't bother calling to order. You will get no priority and you will need to wait and have to repeat details again when in the shop. May as well just arrive and place your order. Cash only which is a pain in the ar*s. They could be really good. Untapped potential.

One Star Rating it too high for the experience we've just had. Absolutely Dreadful! Girl on the counter was miserable as sin, didn't even bother to say hello, just about managed to say the cost of the order. Served up two portions of cold, over cooked chips and dried up sausages - seriously look like last nights left overs reheated! My husband managed half of his, mine went straight in the bin!! Cant believe they get away with serving this rubbish and charging for it!

We have lived in the area for over two years, but this was the first time we have given this place a go. Having been for a dog walk at Pevensey Bay, we fancied fish & chips on the way home so stopped here. Due to current measures it was takeaway only, with several people waiting outside, but service was fast, friendly and efficient, and our food was EXCELLENT. The 'large' cod pieces were HUGE, fresh and nicely cooked. Chips also nice and just the right size portions. We will definitely be back!

Good service, lovely crispy chips, bit like roast potatoes. Local duck pond you can sit by whilst you feast.
