IF YOU LOVE YOUR ELDER RELATIVES PLEASE DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS FELICITY! My grandmother had to come here because her illness for 10 days but we had to take her out before. She was there for 8 days and for those days they never shower her. We called and said that they were going to but they never did. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TO HER. SO PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS PLACE!

They were amazing with my mom for rehab. They organized a care team and the rehab ladies made her work out. She was weakened from a extended hospital stay and has dementia. Within 2 days she was paddling around in her wheelchair and within 3 weeks she was able to walk out and go home. I understand they were taken over by another company around the first of 2019 so older info may no longer be accurate. The facilities need some upgrades to make it nicer but the place was Alive. It didn’t feel like a tomb like so many do. On way now to visit someone in a different center which is very pretty but also like a tomb. Very very quiet and no one moving around. UPDATE: We were only there for 6 weeks. My complaint - They have no rhyme or reason to their billing dept. I was contacted 9 months later by billing to tell me I owed money. That was just before Covid happened and we are still arguing about it. The care givers still have my respect but their administration is the absolute worst.

Do not put a loved one here. My mother is here and she called me because the nurses did not give her the antibiotic that she is on. Somehow her pic line in her arm clogged. When I called the nurse I spoke with Armida who is very rude and basically said that my mother could wait or skip her antibiotic. She would not give me any direct information. She spoke to me as if I was clueless. My mother has had 2 other pic lines and there were no issues with them. My mother was suppose to get the antibiotic at 4pm. They did not start working on fixing the problem until 6pm. This is not the first time my mother has called me and asked me to please check in with the nurse.

My family member has an infected bedsore the size of a tangerine. My family member is malnutritioned and dehydrated, and was found crying. The food tray was where it could not be reached. I feed my family member. This is considered mental, physical and medical neglect.

My mother in law was so happy there, that I moved my dad and brother in there. They are both doing great and well cared for. Every nursing facility has room for improvement, but the place is clean and my family is happy and safe there.
