Last spring I went here for an eye exam and some new glasses. I had a good experience in getting my exam and selecting frames that were appropriate for both my budget and my taste. After picking up my new glasses and wearing them for a couple of weeks, I felt that the correction was not exactly what I needed. I contacted them and went back in for a new exam. They ordered new lenses, and when I receive them they were perfect. I mention this because service after the sale I believe is very important, and these people stand behind their work. That's why I am giving them my highest rating.

The entire staff from start to finish was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Thomas was extremely prompt and was very receptive to any and all questions. I seriously have never had this much fun at an eye exam. Thank you, sincerely, to everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with.

First experience great, second not so much. I called the office this morning to make an emergency appointment. I needed additional information that I had to acquire. Instead of them reserving an emergency appointment time slot or just letting me know that there weren't any appointments or that they were limited during my initial call. I had to go through the process of getting the additional information and call back for them to tell me that there weren't any available appointments...Not helpful.

These people are great! Our family has gotten four pairs of glasses from them in the last couple of years. My glasses got messed up in an accident and they fixed them for free. No questions asked! If you need glasses in the Pflugerville area this is the place!
