They don't listen to what you want. Wanted to try a bike, got a different one and the quotation they gave me at the end was 50% above my communicated limit. Go there for spares, when you don't need advice

Verify carefully your invoices there are often mistakes and always at their advantage. Also keep records of your payments, for some bills they pretended I had not paid. Luckily I had the proof. I do not trust this team

Mario, Javi, Eric and Micki were the dream team from Squadra Mondo in Altendorf. Now in there new home in Pfäffikon SZ, which is a whole different level. AR Cycling is the place to go for excellent service and advice without that annoying sales pressure. Great people, great place.
