This review is only for the pfaffikon/sz branch. I have been a happy customer of the Rapperswil restaurant for over 20 years and am shocked by what I experienced here in Pfaffikon. After informing to the local manager that he sold me expired ( date on package) Lasagna, that they should wash their hands before preparing food after shaking the customers hands or worse, and that he overcharged me incorrectly, this branch Manager insulted me, and refused to apologize or correct the error ie he should not have charged me extra when I requested an ingredient be omitted -if you ask for no cheese, he charges an extra sfr 1 instead of sfr 1 less or at least same price... but why more?). Despite me explaining this error with the system and how for the past 20 years they have always charged less for no cheese, he started yelling and insulting me that he will not correct this but will continue to overcharge all customers because that “ is the computer system.” Pity, this new branch ruins the good reputation the Rapperswil branch impressed on me. After three very bad experiences at this branch, they lost one of their best customers.
