Professionality to the core. Instead of robbing me of my money, the lady was sincere to tell me the chip is in a weak zone that they will not be able to fix it. However, she put a glass plaster over the tiny chip for free which may prevent further cracking if luck is on my side.

The big problem was that there is a 5% chance that it car crack again. What am I paying for? While I was there another gentleman who had approx 6 chips on his windscreen also freeked out about the 5% rule and he left. The at the end the printer didn't work. I had to ask what is wrong because it took so long, and 2 ladies were standing at the printer chatting (not telling me the printer broke).
