Customer service girl said they need a 48 hours or 3 working days to update a phone number and an extra two days to get enable or login to internet banking. So according to their service whatever the matter was, only one star for poor and slowest service. Idbi bank should improve their service really shocking. Start compete with others and stop Hassling Customer.
