Purchased so many suits from here.. was good in the starting but slowly their customer service is declining. They don't care what the customer has ordered but sends you entirely different suit or different color. It's totally a waste of money especially if you are sitting overseas. On top of that they stop taking your calls when you ask for your original order or to get refund. They don't care anymore how old their relationship is with the customer.
Must shop destination .. i have been shopping a lot from canada for my dear ones in india and its so relaxing and stress-free. Definitely recommended cloth shop..even their shipping service is awesome ...go guys and order!!!!

Contacted on 25th Feb wanting to place an order. Chased for a few days. After a few days was told the item wasn't available yet and would be in the following morning. Waited. Chased on 09th March...still no contact made. I then reached out to another shop in the area (Billa Silk and Sarees) who took my order and processed it and the item was delivered to my family the next morning (via courier). Disappointed with the customer service and probably wouldn't try again with Madaan.. which is a shame as the clothes look so nice.
Horrible customer service. Recently, i’ve bought a suit from them, absolutely disppointed with my purchase, the stuff was super cheap and not comfy at all to wear. I’ve paid for original suit and got the copy which is awful. I did ask him several times to return or exchange it but no replies. Do not recommend to anyone.
Says one price on Facebook another on Whatsapp. Customer service is non existent. Don't waste your time with them.
