No one to guide you at this location, what you need to do when you arrive at PSK. Ask people sitting in the waiting area what you need to do. No water facility. It looks like a temporary location, located in a small cabin on 2nd floor of post office. Please carry all the printouts, as they don't accept SMS as a proof for appointment (Even PSK website says in thr instructions that you can show SMS or printout). There is photocopy and printout shop just in front of PSK incase you need that at final moments. Documents to carry Adhaar card copy, Passport copy, appointment print out and also self declaration form copy( incase you don't have this form they will handover you a copy at last moment and you have to rush for photocopy).
worst place. staff have no knowledge about the documents. they need documents according to their own list. don't care about your time. they take more than half an hour for one file. they do not accept SMS for appointment proof. they want print out of paper. they have their own set of rules.

I got msg that I dont need to printout payment receipt. appointment will be done after showing them text msg I recieved on my phone but after going their they ask me get the printout. they do not accept text msg for appointment anymore.
Experienced Very Pathetic Services at Phagwara Centre. Passport officer available at Centre does not have proper knowledge, he seems to untrained on handling cases, referring people to take re-appointment for Jalandhar thus creating hassle for most of the visitors. Further, they do not bother about document requirements mentioned online as they have own list of requirement, No value of appointment time as they take person in as per their own schedule. Entry not allowed on SMS contrary to what is mentioned on appointment letter, they require printout. For any problem they have one solution of referring to Jalandhar office for re-appointment. I do not recommend to take appointment at Phagwara for wastage of time instead directly opt for Jalandhar appointment.

Not updated. Typical low class service. You should bring all your documents with you. Even mentioned on website They are not updated that only sms is applicable to entry in the sevakendra. I recommend going to Jalandhar centre, because this one in phagwara is untrained and outdated. Specially the Banda on gate who check your form first is very irritating and knows nothing stupid!. In my case they call me before the actual time allotted to me. Like I was scheduled for appointment on 2:45 pm on tuseday but they call me in morning to come before 10am. Seriously!!! This happned with me. And then if you are a govt employee don't apply for here they will revert you to Jalandhar centre and all your time wasted. So in short don't apply here go for Jalandhar or hoshiarpur psks. May be in future workings gets better here but for now it's a no to this psk centre.
