Samsung also should provide us option to give minus rating to rate their customer service .Visiting Phagwara,railway road, Nehru nagar Samsung customer care centre is waste of time as none of them have sense of moral ethics ,responsible problem solving behaviour and no body knows how to deal ,talk with their valued customer, Specially Mr. keshav and Harjit have big-headedness ,arrogant nature and egomania does not how to talk to their customer.Samsung organization should teach them first basic training lessons how to deal with their customers or clients. By keeping such staff in their service centre, Samsung company spoiling it's own image and losing its customers faith.
Worst quality service centre.... Doesn't have sense to do anything... No no sense of talk and humour prefer not to visit it
Yeah, it's very good and the behavior of employer are very friendly which help them to achieve their target
No proper Dealing , Persons sitting there does not have sense to deal. Even location pin on Google Map is wrong.
Mr. Keshav is such an irresponsible person... he don't even listen to the customer problem.... No such professional ethics... and whole of the staff were not attentive while dealing with its customer...
Helped me resolve the issue at the earliest.
Very lazy and irresponsible behaviour . don't know how to talk with someone .need to learn some communication skills. there are just wasting time.
