u003e Very poor handling of customers. \u003e Highly ill-professional. \u003e Unware of kids urine sample collector. We manually transferred sample from the kids packet sample to their beaker container. They Cant even handle urine samples which they even have to test it later, rather they instruct their customers where to keep and where not to keep such samples. This is something which is not expected from a pathology lab. \u003eZero Professionalism, Zero Inter-personal skills of how to talk to customers.
