I had gone to submit my KYC documents when the official at the bank told me that I was eligible for a lifetime free hdfc credit card as per their records for which I won't have to furnish any extra charges ever but once I made the card I was slammed with a bill of 2950 as making charges.The email from HDFC bank said that it was not a free card and same amount would be charged annually. So I see the HDFC people making my credit card a big fraud by the bank guys who can stoop to any low and offer any amount of lies to make you a scapegoat in reaching their target.Very disappointed with their conduct.The bottom line is..BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS.
