Food Quality was not at par,may be I visited very late. But it's somehow not liked by my taste buds and pocket as well.. 3 Stars for food Quality.. Pocket doesn't ask to bring rating down... 5 Stars for staff and hospitality .

Brilliant Service. Delicious food. Great ambiance. Though they have cut down a lot of services in view of Covid, they still strive to give you a good stay experience. Special mention for their environment friendly measures such as solar power.

Management poor, there were no values for staff as well as guest ...for higher management (GM ,MD)they don't deserve even half star... It's better that you can stay at Hotel maharaja executive phaltan....

Jakson Inn in Phaltan is not only a superbly sustainable property where you can feel at home after a long drive. The hotel offers curated experiences in and around to show one the vast pomegranate and sugarcane fields, it also arranges a special visit to the Manmohan Rajwada - an architectural and historic marvel. The 3 star hotel has practically everything you need from a great pool to authentic Maharashtrian thali. The rooms are cozy and comfrtbale and offers a great view of the highway and vast fields. At close proximity to the famous windmills, they also arrange for a special sunset viewing with wine on request. We had a terrific time staying over at this property for a weekend getaway and hope to go back again if crossing the region for another long drive.

This was my third visit to Jakson, based on my previous visit - the expectations were high; taste of food is what surely let me down. For an restaurant taste is primary factor for rating, considering which this time its 3. If you have any concerns with your dish, do speak to the service immediately. Plus points as always were the friendly staff & pleasant environment.
