I would not recommend this place - I would give 0 stars if I could. My 2019 tax refund was delayed significantly - just received it this week. The person who did my taxes did not notify me about anything and left me hanging until I reached out to him about why I haven't received my refund yet. Even then, the process to resolve my return was dragged out and I did not even get an apology. To top it off, my refund amount was calculated incorrectly. Re: Response from the owner Hi, If I didn’t have my 1095-A when I came, why was I not informed that you need it in order to do my return? My return was still completed and my money was taken without a hitch like nothing was missing. Not only mine, but two of my family members had issues with their tax refunds because we did it with you. Even after a year of us waiting, no attempts were made to follow up and see if we received our refund checks. It’s unprofessional to not admit your mistakes and fix it in a timely manner. My “feelings” are based on what me and my family experienced - this was a careless executed job. Please have more respect for your customers.
