Pretty bad. One at a time inside and you will placed in the queue outside for hours. Who cares?!

I've given up using this pharmacy. I used it because it has good parking and I live some distance away. Because of the distance, I would phone to ensure my prescription was ready but they would never answer the phone, so we had to go there only to find it wasn't ready or some drugs were missing. Hopeless. Now gone elsewhere.

Ordered repeat prescription online as usual. Visited pharmacy to collect to be told both items were out of stock (again). Currently not mobile as a result of hip replacement, therefore reliant on being driven everywhere so I requested a delivery. I was told items would be in stock on Tuesday and I presumed would be delivered on that day - not told anything to the contrary. On Wednesday my husband came home to take me to the surgery, so I went to the pharmacy. Everyone was waiting for prescriptions and none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. There were crates behind the counter - a trip hazard and total shambles. Complete disorganization. When I asked what was going wrong there, the assistant told me that they had changed suppliers and had a new account. By this time my husband was fed up with waiting and said we might move to Boots to which the assistant said \Go to Boots then\. Clearly never received any customer care training! We were there for 30 minutes, and when we left there were still people waiting who were there when we went in!! Something needs to change.

First time using this pharmacy and it will be the last. The woman in charge, of Indian decent, was not only extremely rude to her staff in from of the customers but was rude to me as well. The pharmacy was a complete mess. Had heard bad things and it lived up to every bad review
