Super grateful to Matthew and the Polar Air team for coming to the rescue late in the evening. I doubt any other company would’ve answered our urgent call for service, especially that late at night. My 7 month old baby and my 2 year old would not have been happy if my unit’s leak wouldn’t have been repaired. I’m highly impressed by how Polar Air responded and genuinely cared to take care of us that night. The house was reaching above 80’s and my wife and I were bummed, baby crying, toddler acting-up, and I was panicking. When the Polar Air truck arrived moments later, relief finally settled in. Cosme & his team were amazing! We had our heater / furnace break right when we needed it on a rare freezing valley night. And more importantly my fish in the aquarium were freezing and Cosme came within JUST ONE hour of calling Polar Air and fixed our problem with a brand new resistor board in 45 mins.
