“I have been involved in motor sports my entire life and have dealt with every store/dealership out there. Phibbs always has professionals behind the counter if you are not dealing with the owner himself. You get the same great service if you are buying a spark plug or a new R1. Top Notch Business!! ”

These guys took care of me in an emergency and I couldn't be more pleased! My bearings blew about 30 miles outside of town and Phibbs is the only dealer within 300 miles that deals in Zero Motorcycles. Had the tow truck drop off my motorcycle at the dealership at 9:30pm. The next day at 9am I spoke with someone and they were already looking at the bike. Checked in at 1pm and it was fixed and ready to go! Really impressed with the professionalism and workmanship. Definitely check these guys out if you want to be treated fairly and in a professional manner.
bought my very first new street bike here in 1981 - purchased my sons first dirt bike in 1995, my first Ducati in 2000 and other bikes and parts and service all the way through. Jerry and his guys are always friendly and helpful, even on bikes and parts for bikes that I had bought elsewhere. supports the local bike culture and always makes you feel welcome.
I've been a loyal Phibbs customer or years. Why? Jerry has always greeted me with a smile, knows my name and always takes the time to help me out even when its clearly busy. Ive been very pleased with Phibbs, with sales, service and parts departments. I have had my ATV in there and it took 4 days longer than expected, but employee issues, parts delivery issues, snowstorms, and nice weather (where everyone has a machine in the shop) all play a roll in service delays. I see in here some people ripping Phibbs apart because of service. Silly. Issues happen and people have to stop thinking the world revolves around them. Service issues happen at EVERY garage... Ive been to most of the dealers within 50 miles of Albany, NY and I'm sold on Phibbs. I've turned on many if my friends to Phibbs for all their ATV and motorcycle needs. Ive never regretted doing that even once. Muckboy
DO NOT GO THERE! My motorcycle was towed there 4 weeks ago and everytime I will call they will have a story for me to tell. Finally Jerry one of the guys tells me that i gave them a crappy motorcycle to work on which is not worthy of their time. Imagine their customer service. Not worth it no matter, how good they are. If the quality of service depends on the quality of motorcycle, i will stay away from them.
“Jerry was really helpful. I'm new to riding and he took the extra time to make sure I got what I needed and what would work best for me. ”
Every time I go their I am addressed by name and so isn't my four year old son. They know us both pretty well and always try to accommodate me in every which way. Also, I tried to order something from fox and the parts guys told me not to because they never get orders in time. I did anyways because the order was for my son and he really wanted that color of gear. Needless to say they were right I waited a whole month for something that should have taken a week and it still wasnt there so they called me to ask me to come in and select something else. When I got their they gave me the pants free and charged me like 10 bucks for the shirt. The new stuff cost a total of like 45 more then the original and they only charged me 10. Jerry and I were talking one time when I went in and was telling him about my son racing well needless to say my son is now sponsored by Phibbs Motorsports. He is four years old. Great group of guys. will always do business here.
Got a great deal on a KLR-650 a few years ago. Picked it up from out of state, no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend them. No hidden charges, everything was upfront from the start.
