I had an excellent experience again at Phil Hughes Honda. From the start browsing their inventory, through working with the sales rep, through dealing with financing, the process was easy, straight-forward, and customer-friendly. I was never pressured or hard-sold on anything. My sales rep, Will, was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions, but he also was simply a nice guy who really helped through the process. Again, I'd like to stress there was no stress or pressure through the whole experience. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them, and it likely won't be the last.

I walked in with a plan and they listened without trying to change it. They answered all of my questions, didn't try to 'sell' me anything I wasn't specifically interested in and made it possible for me to experience anything I wanted to see for myself. They were straight forward with facts and figures and closed the deal with a minimum of fuss. The staff I worked with were concerned without being condescending and followed through on everything they mentioned. A few days after my first contact I went home with this beauty. It was a very good experience from start to finish and I will continue to do business with them in the future.
