Terminal E is definitely home of budget everything. Huge difference in comparison to other terminals. At least on the day I’ve been there.. it was not clean. Bunch of workers we’re having a very long conversation, yelling and swerving without any care of anyone who were around for a long time. If they taking care of that terminal than It make sense.

First time in Terminal F in a while. Love what they've done with the place! Especially like the way they have arranged the gates and 'The Hub'. Lots of great food choices and not to far to walk. Digging the local art too. May not hang in any galleries but it's colorful and sets a nice vibe. Bonus: Terminal F it's the closest possible to the Economy Parking lot, which BTW the best bargain at the airport at 11/day (no tax). Anyway, the terminal is clean, well designed, employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Well done, PHL!

The busses routinely skip scheduled departure times why can't you update the site if there's a problem? 3 times this week I've been late without an explanation. I know it's free, but I'll remember how I was treated when it's time to pay again! Get some respect for your customers!

Terminal E.Home of the \Economy \ Airlines. Southwest, JetBlue and Frontier. Spirit has Departure Gates But the ticket window is Located in Terminal D. Terminal E is well maintained and clean .It's employees, especially those of JetBlue,are courteous and Knowledgeable. These airlines do not provide First Class accomadations, However Their Service, Skill and Professionalism matches any other. Many stores and places to eat located here.Chickie & Pete's ,Mc Donald's and Sbarro's to mention a few. These Airlines maintain routes through out the country and International connections.Lower cost in tickets is not synonymous with Lower Safety and Efficiency!
