My house caught fire a few months ago. My family and I were devastated! We lost everything and didn’t know where to turn! A family friend recommended that we reach out to All Risk Public Adjusters to hear what they have to offer. I wasn’t sure about using a public adjuster because we never really had to file a claim before. After talking with Bob the owner, we felt very comfortable and confident with hiring them. Bob and Sean kept us informed throughout the entire process and were very sympathetic to our situation. Having All Risk on our side was an absolute blessing! My insurance company was trying to short change us in the settlement proceeds. Without All Risk we would have been left to come out of our own pockets (which we simply just could NOT do). Bob helped my family out quickly. He was very professional. He answered all of our questions, and got back to us in a timely matter. When my own insurance company was giving us one run around after another due to Covid, and rioting in the city I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with them. They kept telling me they had a restoration company enroute. At least four days passed and still know one showed. I was highly recommended from over 18 friends who said to call Bob. I'm glad I did. He had a restoration company come out immediately, and no cost out of my pocket. I was very happy in what we received in our claim to repair the damages to our roof, bedrooms, and floors. Sean the adjuster who dealt with our insurance company for the damages and personal effects was also very kind, and professional. He made a stressful situation for my family of 6 much better.
