I thought the overall facility was clean the staff was great with me but my daughters experience was horrifying to any parent whom cares she said the children were sleeping on the floor with just blankets the kids were hungry and cold. Its very sad that these kids that need help are treated like that.

The staff is rude. The lady Rhonda is rude and unprofessional. She make bad judgement when it comes to helping the family. I have joint custody with my daughter father and still have yet to received my copy of any paperwork. I gave her my email and telephone number that is unacceptable. I have called corporate and spoke to Angela who works for the president. \So she say\. She tells me that she was going to have someone call me. But nobody has yet. Its been weeks.

The facility is clean and brightly decorated.. But they treat your child as if they are being punished and processed for prison instead of being prepared for therapy and treatment. Some children have been here for 3 days?! Why?? They keep all the children in ONE room regardless of age or sex. They sit on hard chairs and are offered mats to sleep on. Wow! Really? It’s sad if your child has to go this process and just as bad for the parents. The staff.. seems to be very friendly and work hard to get your child placed. But the process needs to be reviewed. Are they helping our children or preparing them for prison?!

The facility is very nice and clean. The staff are very warm and welcoming and accommodating to the children. However, the process is horrible!!!!! The children wait way to long for a bed at another facility. The Dr's are not honest about inpatient stays as far as how long your child will be admitted. Something needs to change. These children are not prisoners, they need help. 1-4 days to wait for a \bed\ is unacceptable. Also, either the staff or the other patients took my daughter personal hygiene items which I did not like at all. Over all, this facility is ok. Policy and procedures need to change for treating the children.

Absolutely the worst experience. Security treated her like a criminal during the 'search' and was rude to her father. Not set up to address emergent behavioal health needs of teenagers. We spent 7 hours to be evaluated with no counseling or anyone to talk to in between. We just sat in a waiting area with screaming ADD kids who were there because there were no beds available. Then we left without help because they don't treat, only evaluate. The plan was to continue outpatient therapy which we didn't have to begin with and was the reason why we went. I had to develop my own plan which I could have done without wasting a day.
