This place is awesome. They have the option to schedule by text which is really convenient. Madison, the stylist, is amazing and always does a great job with my hair.

Unfortunately after trying to contact the salon with my poor experience I was politely “customer serviced” off with my concerns. My stylist was self-admittedly hungover and didn’t take care of my hair needs that a more knowledge stylist, who also wasn’t hungover, would have had no trouble with executing. I have been getting my hair done for a very long time and know that my hair needs were not unreasonable. Additionally, my requests for a bang cut style was completely ignored in favor of what the stylist wanted to do on my head instead, so I cannot recommend this salon at all.

KD did a terrific job turning a self cut mop of hair into an edgy, fun style that I really love. I couldn't be happier. KD took the time to show me photos and consistently gave me choices along the way...the end result felt like a beautiful project we worked on together ( but let's be clear: the skill and technique were all KD!) My partner said, \I love that haircut. It seems more you!\ Which is exactly true!

Only worked with one stylist at this salon on two occasions. First color and cut I left feeling just ok about it. I try and give people second chances so returned and showed pictures and described in detail what I wanted . Every good stylist should know what a peek a boo style is ( especially for this salon and the type of clientele they have) . I wound up with red streaks half way back on my scalp. All of the coloring that was supposed to be framing my face was like highlights/streaks. It was awful and I had to go to another stylist and pay more money to have it fixed. I called to explain the situation but the policy is no refunds for PISS POOR quality work . The only way they rectify is coming back to their salon and work with another stylist. After a bad experience somewhere do you really want to return and take the chance of them messing it up more? no thank you. The biggest problem I have is the fact that this place wants to charge TOP DOLLAR . If not every single stylist in the place is high level than they have no business charging what they do. I'm sure plenty of others have had good experiences here but I DID NOT. and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Good luck and hope your hair doesn't get ruined.
