On to the next one, this was my final Philly cheesesteak experience during my trip to Philadelphia. I am happy that I came here because this was the best Philly cheesesteak I had! The cheesesteak I ordered was topped with provolone cheese and fired onions. I loved the sesame seed hoagie bun! It was fresh and toasted; it had the perfect crunch to it with every bite. The provolone cheese was all over, but it was all over in a good way. There was an even amount of cheese distributed throughout all 10” of the sandwich. The fried onions were cooked at a not so super crunchy state. I was incredibly happy that the fried onions were cooked better because the three other places I went to lightly cooked their fried onions at a crunchy state. I was beginning to think that was the norm. But PrimoHoagies cooked them just the way I like it! PrimoHoagies also has exceptional customer service! I was hugely impressed with how kind the cashier and cook were to me. Both ladies Both ladies greeted me as I walked into the restaurant. Both were helpful with the menu. They did not try to rush me into ordering. They were both respectful and treated me right, and I appreciate that. Because of both the delicious cheesesteak and the exceptional customer service here, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The next time I am in Philadelphia, I will be sure to come here again. Thank you.

I ordered 4 hoagies from here on August 21st and i must day this location did not live up to the Primos standard I have come to expect. All of the hoagies were light on the meat and heavy on the mayo. There was only meat on one side of the hoagie and it wasn’t even whole slices but rather crumpled pieces of lunch meat. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I’ve had better, meatier most satisfying and filling hoagies from WaWa
I had a taste for a hoagie all day and it was exactly what I wanted.
Had a delivery for a business meeting set more than 24 hours in advance, and it arrived 45 minutes late. They never even called me to let me know what was going on. Would’ve sat at the restaurant for hours if I didn’t proactively call them to figure it out. Sandwiches are big on bread and little on meat.
A nice place overall the cashier was nice, let me swap out my drink when I picked the wrong one. The only complaint I had is that the bread was a bit stale, but they sure gave is alot of meat for a medium Haha. Will definitely come back here again. The cashier even offered to wrap our sandwiches when she saw we didn't finish them and we were heading out :)
