Ordered online, the website said if there were more charges they would add it to my card after, walked into the store to have the man tell me he wasn’t putting pineapple on the pizza and then 2 mins later says I’ll do it but it’ll be more, had no problem with paying more, till he said he couldn’t charge my card and I didn’t have cash, also chose curbside pickup on the website and when I called they said they didn’t do that, then proceeded to tell me the side notes on the website don’t matter... why are they on the ordering site if they can’t do those things? Maybe they should change it

The cheese pizza is delicious. I can eat a whole pizza by myself it's that good. The crust is soft and the sauce to cheese ratio is perfect for me.

I’ll be honest. Good pizza. I supported them throughout this pandemic. Tipped the drivers well. But, way too many times, they screwed up my order. Missing things. I let it go, because it was fries or a side here and there. But this one tops the cake. I placed my order, an hour and 15 minutes later, I call concerned. They said they’re sending it out. Another 35 minutes. No show. I call and then well, they never received the order, hang up on me when I wasn’t being rude, but asking appropriate questions. Then my bank account shows they did process the order. Rising Sun, it’s been good, but I let too many mistakes slide for simple requests. If you’re primary online ordering source is Slice.com and the order is “clearly” listed, and ya screw it up more than 5 times, get it together.

This place is GREAT! The customer service is on point and the food is very good. The cheeseburger had a nice soft roll and was very juicy, the fried onions were cut just perfect, trust me this matters. The pizza has a very nice cheese composition. The food is so good that our Doordash driver STOLE our food. Lol. Now, we just go & pick it up. The prices are right and so affordable. Nice size portions. Last week we ordered out from here 4 out of 7 days. I'm going on a diet NOW! So good though.
