Referring to the clinic on the 2nd floor, I'm impressed with their facility. It's really cold! You can watch tv as you wait your turn. I wasn't pleased waiting for an hour & a half to find out I was supposed to submit my papers to someone for the basic checkup & doctor consultation. Others also had their papers with them so I thought it was okay to hang on to them. The man at the reception just told me to wait at the side. After submitting the papers, I finished everything within 30 minutes.
