HACCP and Food Safety Approved fish processing and cold storage warehouse facility, predominantly processing Hake species into frozen fillets; portions; loins; H&G's etc. The product range also include John/Cape Dory; monk fish and more. The facility makes use of hand-filleting from skilled staff with vast experience in fish/aquatic animal processing. The facility does NOT sell to the public. However, the Selecta product range can be bought at the Viking Fishing fish shop at Athlone.
