Tamsin took care of everything from start to finish and was happy to enquire about things with the crematorium on my behalf and accommodate our requests. On the day of the funeral, Darren and the team were very professional and respectful, and just so nice. It was a lovely send off for my dad, they made an extremely difficult time so much easier for me. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend their services.

Phillips Funeral Directors made a very difficult time so much easier. From start to finish they were kind, understanding but thorough and very professional. The initial meeting was handled with sensitivity and they went through all the stages I needed to address, contacting the Church and handling all that side for me. On the day itself, the funeral went exactly as I had envisaged with all Phillips personnel in place on time and knowing exactly what to do - all the while paying attention to the family to make sure everyone was settled. They were most reassuring. I can thoroughly recommend Phillips to provide excellent service.
