Very friendly people who run the establishment! I ordered mini pretzels and a pretzel dog with a side of cheddar, brownie and confetti mix. The food tasted great overall and would recommend it to anyone who want to treat themselves to a pretzel with some cheese!

I had a great experience here in New Hyde Park. My order was taken fast and I received my pretzels right away, which were warm and soft. Definitely my new favorite spot for a cheap snack, better than Auntie Anne’s by a long stretch. And don’t miss out on the slushies, they’re really good! The staff works fast and efficiently, so you can tell they are dedicated and hard working. Everyone seems to have a good attitude and genuinely wants customer satisfaction. I am beyond impressed and excited to visit here many more times in the future.
Thanks for such wonderful service. Your staff is super friendly and welcoming. My family loved the pretzels they were warm and yummy we enjoyed all the different dipping sauces too. We are definitely coming back.
Great idea. The Pretzels without hbe trip to the Mall. Delicious hot soft in the center with just a little crunch on the outside. Be adventurous and try different dipping sauces. We've been back several times. Enjoy
I Love Philly Pretzel Factory! The pretzels either salted or cinnamon are great! The Philly cheesesteaks stuffed pretzels are so good. Customer service is very polite and friendly. I also have a points card. This is definitely my go to shop!
Love this place so much. Their holiday/custom pretzels are so cute and creative, they definitely catch your eye. The staff is very friendly and the pretzels are amazing.
I just have to say I absolutely love the Philly Pretzel Factory. Before I even walked into this particular location I knew it was about going into it because I have a points card! ️ You can always pre-order trays for the big game on Sunday’s or your up-coming event! They have a wide selection of beautiful/fresh hand rolled pretzels, along with dipping sauces for your pleasure! Everyone here at this location is not only hard-working, but absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend you swing by for your pretzel-riffic fix!
My experience at the Philadelphia pretzel factory was outstanding. I enjoyed chatting with the people behind the counter and of course the pretzels and lemon drink were delicious! Unexpected surprise!
