Came today for my free pretzel and walked away with a large rivet tray, 2 shaker cups and 2 small rivet boxes. Cheese, brownie batter and cinnamon with a small salted caramel. Very clean and employees are very nice.

What can I say about this place. Always the best pretzels anywhere, and you can't beat the prices. They also offer so many different options other then just pretzels. It's an outstanding place with great customer service. You can get in and out in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

I am a regular patron and I have never been treated so rudely and with such disrespect as today. It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there and then a few more minutes to take an order. They informed me that there was no way they could make me pretzel dogs as they were too busy making orders. I could only but a pretzel. Wasted my lunch time from work. I left empty handed and went back to work hungry.
