Hot out of the oven. Salty. Baked to perfection. You know, just the right ratio of crispy outside to soft chewy dough. A favorite place to stop by and grab a snack.

YUMMY PRETZELS!!!! No joke everyone for Christmas got a Pretzel factory card and coupons because this place is cheap and can fill a belly. Its always cleans and the employees are always so nice. Its a true jem. I cant think of a better place to go when your tight on money and hungry for something delicious. Its not just bread, its a pretzel.

Was told by 2 separate employees the small rod tray was 25. My MIL went to pick it up for me on day of party and was charged 35. Called to see what happened and they said it's not on the menu but it's 35. The amount of pretzels we got with it was definitely not worth the 35!! Not to mention they should all know the prices and honor what the customers are told before the sale!

Visiting "home" & one of the 1st places I went was here for a real pretzel. As a entered the tiny lot a woman was on the ground after falling into a HUGE pothole right where you exit your vehicle. She made it inside but the teenage employees were unconcerned, I had to beg for a chair for the bruised scraped & shaken woman. As I was doing this another woman almost crashed into the same hole. I then turned around and the 20 something kid baking pretzels had pulled his mask under his chin & was bagging pretzels under his nose-checking ovens & walking around I left without anything

Asked for salty pretzels, tons of salty pretzels and she gives me ones with hardly any?? I touched them already so i said to her, THIS IS YOUR VERSION OF SALTY??If i could id give NO STARS....I almost threw them at her. ..instead I them out and went elsewhere This place sucks!
