One week customer service was awesome .. couldn't wait to come back.. jus for the shamrock pretzel.. jus to come back and get treated as If I was in the way for even asking for it ... It's special order and I have to make it is what I was told ... Needless to say it's all in the person cause the vibe last week was fantastic

Freshly made pretzels on the premise. Many varieties to choose from. They got special promo on Tuesday and Thursday. Great customer service and no waiting unless you want something right out from the oven.

Good pretzels that are always a hit within the greater Philly area. Also, good choices of mustard. Please note they sell "dipping" cups of mustard and bottles. No free packets to go.

I really liked this location up until my experience today. Extremely poor customer service. They advertise on their Facebook that they offer curbside pickup, walk-in and delivery. Called to ask how to order for curbside pickup and they said that’s not true, they don’t do that. Lost my business. Would rather drive 20 minutes to west Chester for better customer service and actual curbside pickup!

Why do you have to pay for mustard? I love Pretzel Factory (West Chester one) but this location doesn't serve cream cheese and seems to over cook the pretzels and at my visit today I had to pay for mustard so I am done with this location.

Love the pretzels here, they are always hot and fresh. The older lady in there has been pretty mean to the employees several times I've been in there, but the pretzels are good.
