I've been going here for a while and at first had no issues. Lately when l go for the past 3 time usually once a week they haven't had the 1 thing l go in for. It's like they can't keep up or don't make enough. I will not be going back after 3 disappointing visits. Shame l really liked those pretzel hot dogs

I love this place. When I was little, my dad would come home after a long days' work and hand me a pretzel he would buy from downtown Philly. Fond memories. Today, I go to this Philly Pretzel Factory almost daily and pick up five pretzels. They're extremely good. And the service is always so nice, and so quick.

Ive gone in a few times last couple weeks and even thou the owner is alone cuz he had to let his staff go due to covid he is ALWAYS very friendly kind and nice i wish other ppl would have his energy and quality of hot soft pretzels love the pretzel dog's
