The Absolute freshest pretzels, cheese steaks, pretzel dogs as well as dip choices in the area. Extremely clean and welcoming. Owner operated and a nice experience.

This store just refused service to a me as a disabled person with a service dog! I was told to put my dog outside before they could hand me a darn pretzel! I offered my documentation but noooo. This is the only business that has treated me this way, my dog & I have been to restaurants, grocery stores etc. and were warmly welcomed,, but not here. If your disabled don’t bother stopping here

Did a catering order and everything went fine. When I picked up the items though and when I asked for more outside my order the young man behind the counter rolled his eyes and then slammed the bag down on the counter as if me asking for more items and making the store money was an inconvenience to him. Still a good spot though to grab Philly pretzels for a snack or party.

Staff nice, placed an order, rang us up took (never put on gloves or washed their hand) went right back to making pretzel dogs. Still waiting for our nuggets . They took them out of the oven, dumped them into a used soda case cardbrd. And then dumped them into the correct container. Will think 2x be for going back.

They were way behind with trays orders. They do have a help wantedsign though. This was my first visit to Stokes road shop.
