If you know Philadelphia's soft pretzels, then you won't do better than Philly Pretzel Factory. I lived in Philly for 20 years and bought pretzels from the original places on Federal and Washington. These are as good as those, especially if you eat them while they're hot.

Staff was courteous and fast. They gave me the option to wait about 3 minutes if I wanted the ones to come fresh out of the oven or have the ones in the case. Love the fresh hot ones They were still warm when we got them home!

Employees were rude. Guy making the pretzels Had mask below his nose. They couldn’t be bothered to give me the mustard I paid for. I’ll stick to other locations from now on.
