In 2006, due to the substantial increase in market share and the business operations have grown so fast Mr. Chea Thilay has suggested to the management team to organize a family institution, which is called Newton Thilay Community. In January 2010, responding to the advice of Ministry of Commerce and General Taxation Department, Newton Thilay Community has Been renamed as "SAHAKUM NEWTON THILAY GROUP Co., Ltd" with the acronym "NTC GROUP", which cover all academic service of the following institutions : 1. Newton Thilay School (NTS) 2. Newton Thilay General Education Private School 3. Sovannaphumi School (SPS) 4. Sovannaphumi Training Center (STC) 5. Bridgeton School (BS) 6.
