Founded in 2006 by Lok Chumteav Lim Chhiv Ho and Japanese investment company Zephyr, Phnom Penh SEZ is today the leading international industrial park in Cambodia, located only 8km from the city centre of Phnom Penh with direct access to national road No. 4, leading to the deep sea port of Sihanoukville. Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (since 2016 publicly listed in Cambodia under “PPSP”) today manages an industrial park with over 357 hectares in size and hosts more than 80 international companies from 15 different nations. Phnom Penh SEZ’s main business is the sale and lease of ready-to-use industrial land, ready-built rental factories, and corresponding commercial facilities. In addition, a wide range of services are provided to companies operating in Phnom Penh SEZ such as the supply and distribution of water, waste water treatment, back-up energy, infrastructure maintenance and administrative support services. In 2010, the company has received ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the quality of its modern infrastructure and for its contribution to environmental conservation.
