i originally contacted them early June 2020 for a reasonable accommodation issue. They did the original intake then left me hanging in the wind. When i call back to get the status of the intake, they get loud and irritated and state they cannot help until i talk to intake manager who never answers the phone or emails. Steer clear of these people. They don't Help

The “advocates” here don’t answer emails or voicemails and don’t think housing situations are serious for the disabled. Extremely infuriating.

I, Unfortunately, Worked With David Haas And It Proved That Some Employees Are In The Wrong Job Fit. This Detached My Next Actions, As He Was Not Attentive At All. However, Hoping This Was An Individual Effort. 03/2018 Update. Spoke To A Martha And My Original Inquiry Is Concrete. Hire Intakers That Intake & Have A Clear Direction.

Had to support ACDL. Especially since that other person left a bizarre review - crazy!!! I work in the special education field in private practice. ACDL has great (and free) very thorough publications. They actually sent a bound publication to a patient's mom (who's child was treated poorly by her school). Great resource and happy to answer their phones!
