These guys are great to work with. They always send statements that detail everything and their online system is very helpful. I just got off the phone with Vanessa in Customer Service and she was fantastic! Many times I find that when I call a business for help, they are just trying to get rid of you. She was truly helpful, took the time to understand and answer my questions and was great. Would highly recommend Canyon State Servicing!

I am hard pressed to even give this company a one star. They charge 35 a month to handle the account; they put a 5 business day hold even on local checks which translates into 7 day hold (7 day float for their bank account.) Is there a bank in the US that still holds local checks for 5 days? I think not. And then it takes anywhere from 3 to 10 days to receive it in the mail. What a deal for the company.....not for the buyer or seller.

Very frustrating servicing company. They don’t send out statements, they charge extensive fees for every little thing, and they take multiple business days to respond to requests.

They don't keep up with anything above and beyond a normal payment. You never get any statements. I had overages in my account as the buyer that totaled 14 thousand dollars. All they can do after I discovered that is say we'll send you a check. Not even a Sorry.. no responsibility for all my missed principle reduction for a few years. Go with a real servicing company that will e-mail you statements and not rip you off with extra fees at the end of your note either.
