Central station has always been a happy spot for me. So my love of my life,my husband, and I lived right close to the his station and we used it all the he time. So Central station was always a sign to me that we are most home.

You can catch a bus, the light rail, and buy bus passes here.
Everyone outside of phoenix, good luck. I'm really thinking about petitioning signatures to bring valley metro to more often, or 24 hours. Saturday or Sunday is a joke. Peoria/Sun city, forget your weekends. Out of a few states that I've use the bus, Phoenix is by far the worst. Learn from cities like Denver.
Just don't give nobody eye contact or a reason to come up on you and it should be ok. Other than that, you can catch the light rail and several buses from this point.
