Before Mangaroo and the Drivers Boss Thula...drivers didn't have problems when it comes to addressing issues with management... Mangaroo was promoted to God..still drivers had a good relationship with Mangaroos kids..Thula passed on and that when the problem started. drivers are not happy anymore..drivers are scared of voice out their feelings ...no one is looking after the drivers...the don't know who to report too anymore..was easy when Mangaroo and Thula were still alive...2guyz joined Metro Bus in management side..they treating the drivers badly...they making wrong decisions...drivers were there when Mangaroo and Thula were still alive..they felt what drivers are going thru..today nobody cares..guys from outside that joined the company they making difficult rules and they are making it difficult for the drivers..they all in their cases...what I can suggest to the management is getting somebody who is neutral...somebody who drove the bus before..somebody who knows challenges of being a bus driver not getting enough salary to live with for the next salary payout...think about do not lose good drivers over wrong choices of management...I am using Metro Bus every 2@days of my working
