This place is really disappointing. It's very unfair to applicants. They don't have enough staff to handle the large number of applicants. People wait from 5am to get attended but most never get seen., Yet some other applicants enter without following the line. There is no shelter, so people have to stand in the hot,cold, windy and sometimes rainy conditions., furthermore they have to put up with stinking garbage bins that are on the way. With The Covid-19 pandemic, this place is a very risky. There's no social distancing. People not wearing their mask's properly. The Department of Health and Labour needs to correct this place.

It's been 4 months since I applied but each time there's something missing I used to stand in long queues while 9 months pregnant and when I ask for a pass they say they dont care please someone take charge for dol in Phoenix those people dont deserve to be employed.

Absolutely slow and ridiculous service. No friendly staff or any assistance offered. No seating available for the elderly and sick. No social distancing and many people are even without masks.

There is no social distancing. After waiting 4 hours in the line that's OUTSIDE with no seating we are told that systems are down and they will have to turn people away. Terrible service

4 hours in the Que and no movement. Maybe staff ( public SERVANTS ) are asleep or don't know why they work there.
