I didn't meet Dr. Doorani until probably my 5th visit And only once since. But Patrick has been excellent for me to work with. He is very attentive,intelligent and personable. Very happy to have him as a Caregiver. Joe Kruger

TERRIBLE customer service. The front office staff never called me back to schedule my daughters MRI. When I called to ask why, the staff Jessie was rude and did not care!!! Disrespect at a doctors office when my co-pay is 75 I am done with this place. I must say Dr. Tariq was thorough in his evaluation of my daughter & suggested an MRI asap. The office staff did not care and I will not be returning!! Not only do they show ZERO interest in you, they are rude!
Appointment schedule for 9:30 am, got to the office at 9:00 am. Checked with front desk at 10:30, and they said it would be 10 more minutes. Still waiting. Another patient in lobby mentioned she waited previously 3 hours.
My experience with Dr. Tariq Doorani, M.D. at Southwest Neurology and Sleep Medicine LLC. has been WONDERFUL, first I met with the Doctor then we discussed my problems very thoroughly and we scheduled EMG testing on the Arms and Legs which was very necessary and he has been nothing but nice and kind, great bedside manner and thorough. And referred me to a neurosurgeon for my problems, thank you Dr. Doorani for taking the time to tell me what is going on with my neck and spine, if it wasn't for you I would not have known it was this bad.
He is never in the office.
